Rules and Regulations

No purchase necessary; must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Survey ends on X/XX/26.  All responses must be submitted before X:XX PM, Eastern Standard Time on the closing date.

Limit of one survey submission per user. Duplicate entries using different email addresses will be disqualified.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This survey is open to individuals aged 18 and older who are residents of the United States. By participating, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
  2. Survey Participation: Participants are invited to complete the survey to provide feedback on EcoStar products. The survey will take approximately 30 minutes or less to complete. Limit of one survey submission per user. Duplicate entries using different email addresses will be disqualified.
  3. Prize: One participant will be randomly selected to receive a $250 gift card. The winner will be notified via [email/phone] by [insert date].
