EcoStar synthetic roof tile has a life expectancy of over 50 years with proper installation and maintenance.

Does installing EcoStar synthetic mean replacing my old roof, or is it an overlay?

Yes, installing EcoStar synthetic tile means replacing your existing tile. While the lightweight design of EcoStar tile simplifies the installation process, it is not an overlay.

What type of warranty is included, and what does it cover?

All EcoStar roof installations include a 50-Year manufacturing warranty that warrants EcoStar Products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of sale to the original purchaser of the material that covers the cost of materials at a prorated rate if your roof becomes damaged after installation. For installations that meet qualifying criteria, there is also a 50-year Gold Star warranty that covers both materials and labor in the event of damage.
